Baba Gyro Bar Buffet
Excellent food, no doubt. I wasn't sure of a Mediterranean buffet as Indian/English buffets are the only ones prominent in the area. But we went there on a friend's recommendation and without doubt, it was every penny worth it. Food - Regular/Cilantro Hummus, both were awesome. Grape leaf wrap was so fresh and satisfying. Salad was absolutely fresh. Lamb was cooked right infront of us, great meat, great spices...just wow! Chicken drumsticks - my kid loved it. Gyro - The best part of the buffet, don't know how many I ate. Chick pea on rice, chicken curry on rice, bean curry on rice.... excellent. Baklava, cup cake....awesome. Let me know if I need to add any more. Service - Amazing. Food being replenished without wait. Server/chef checking if you ok. Owner himself taking rounds. Ambience - Great seats, lots of space, all neat and clean. Location - Right at the edge of Morrisville and Durham. Perfect for folks in RTP and Cary/Morrisville. Lots of parking. Overall pretty great place for regular trips, very easy on your pocket and you meet some great folks.
Grape Leaves & taziki
I have ordered food from here twice. Both times the food was DELICIOUS , HOT and PREPARED in a timely manner ! I can't wait to try more of their menu items . The chicken gyro was also very delicious.
Chicken Bowl
This bowl was amazing. I came in and picked up my lunch togo. The restaurant is so clean and the staff are always so nice. I love coming here. The manager asked me to try a new eggplant recipe and I felt so honored to be a taste tester! It was delicious! It was a warmed version of something they already make and for someone who has never tasted eggplant before for fear it would be nasty, this recipe tasted amazing. Iwill always come back!
Veggie Stew
So the white kidney bean stew is absolutely delicious! It was new today 5/25/23 and oh my stars! I did to-go and I wish I had gotten more of this. Im not a vegetarian but I would eat this all day everyday. The hummus too! I mean I cant say that theres anything on the lunch buffet that isnt delicious tbh!

Baba Gyro Bar Buffet
In a word, the lunch buffet at Baba Ghannouj is amazing and the best that I have tried in the Triangle area! I have visited them at least 5 times by now and the one thing I can say for sure is that their menu has only improved over the years. The items that are particularly mention-worthy in their current menu (as per my latest experience yesterday) are gyro, pita, chicken shawarma wrap, chicken kabab, and chicken drumsticks. Hummus and baba ghannouj are extremely delicious too! In addition, their staff are very friendly, service is good, ambiance is decent, and the price is very reasonable. All in all, will definitely recommend everyone to try this restaurant!

Buffet had a little if everything. The seasoned lamb was my favorite. The hummus and everything was seasoned just right. Food was not bland at all. I would go back again and again.

Amazing!!! 10/10. Cannot wait to go back. By far my favorite Mediterranean!
